Our Roots
In the 1980s, R’ Pinkas Kraus, our great father, started as a cook in the community kitchen in Boisbriand, QC, cooking and baking all kinds of food. His family came to help him. People requested the ability to buy from the food, so they began catering and selling dips in the local groceries in the 2010s.
In 2015, the Bieners Bakery brand was founded with a mission to craft wholesome, premium bakery products inspired by tradition and care.
Expanding the Table with Geshmak Food
Building on the success of Bieners Bakery, Geshmak Food was added to the family with the same commitment to excellence. Geshmak Food offers a variety of flavorful, fresh food crafted to satisfy every palate.
